These cover using this website. They are not our client contract — work is agreed in writing, per project, and that agreement is what governs it.

What this page is

These terms apply to your use of forma-ltd.com. By browsing it, you accept them. They deal with the site itself: what is on it, who owns it, and what you can expect from it.

They are not a services agreement, and they deliberately say nothing about scope, price, timelines, deliverables, acceptance or ownership of work we build for you. Those belong in a document written for your project and signed by both sides.

Nothing here is an offer

The pages describing what we build, the portfolio, the process and anything the chat assistant tells you are information — not a quotation, not a proposal, and not a binding offer capable of acceptance. No contract comes into existence because you filled in the form, sent an email, or had a conversation with a chatbot.

We are engaged when there is a written proposal, statement of work or agreement that both sides have signed. Until then, either of us can walk away owing the other nothing. If anything a person or the assistant said to you contradicts the signed document, the signed document wins.

The assistant on this site is software. It can be wrong, and nothing it says binds us — particularly on price or timing, which it is not permitted to quote at all.

What is ours

The design, code, text, layout, illustrations, the brand character and the case-study write-ups on this site belong to FORMA. You are welcome to read them, quote a sentence with a link back, and share the pages. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it, republish the case studies as your own, or reuse the code or design to build a competing site.

What belongs to other people

Client names, logos, product names, screenshots and project imagery shown in the portfolio remain the property of their owners. They appear here to identify work we did, not to suggest those owners endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with anything else we sell. If you own one of those marks and want it handled differently, write to us and we will change it.

Links to other sites

We link to live client projects and other third-party sites. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Once you follow one, their terms apply, not ours.

The site is provided as it is

We put real effort into keeping this site accurate, current and online, but we do not warrant that it will be available without interruption, free of errors, or that anything on it is fit for a particular purpose. We may change, move or remove any part of it at any time — including taking a project down at a client’s request.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, FORMA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising out of your use of this website or your reliance on anything published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Liability for work we are actually engaged to do is dealt with in the agreement for that work, not here.

Which law applies

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them. Where you deal with us as a consumer, this does not take away protections you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.

If we sign an agreement with you for a project, that agreement’s governing-law and dispute clauses apply to that work and override this section for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page. The version in force is the one published here when you use the site, and the date at the bottom tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

How to reach us
